Monthly Credit Accounts

All business accounts receive priority service and are invoiced on a monthly basis. All invoices have all details of every fare and unlike some companies, we do not charge a adminstraion fee. We currently have over 300 business accounts ranging from hotels and large companies to small personal accounts. Paying by Credit Card

We accept all major credit cards. When making a booking, the telephonist will take your details and process them whilst you are on the phone.

Making a booking

Booking can be made by phoning our Dalkeith call centre which is open 24/7.

Bookings can also be made through this website and enquiries can be made by telephone, fax or email.

Vehicles

Aerial ABW Cabs has a large fleet of taxis, people carriers, private hire cars and minibuses. All our taxis are licensed by Midlothian Council. Every vehicle also has a onboard Autocab data terminal which imroves efficiency and customer safety. All our vehicles are fitted with meters which are regulated by Midlothian Council.

GPC AutoCab Data System

The GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) system enables us to track where all of our vehicles are 24hrs a day.

The secure data transfer means that no-one apart from our vehicles can intercept the signal ensuring that no third parties can receive your taxi details.

We also provide a FREE Ring Back service enabling you to wait inside the shop, club or your home till the taxi arrives, thus no need to stand around waiting for you taxi to arrive.

You'll need to ask for the Ring Back service when you place your booking and the number you called from will be phoned back (one ring) to alert you that your taxi is waiting.

This applies to land-lines as well as mobile's but it wont work if your withholding your number when placing your booking.

The 0131 663 1212 number is used for this service and cannot be used to make bookings as it is only an outgoing line, but you can save it to your phone memory as 'Aerial ABW Cabs Ringback'.
